Dr. Britta Hannemann

Dr. Hannemann is a Certified Specialist in Insurance Law (Fachanwältin für Versicherungsrecht) and in this capacity has for many years acted for insurance companies and policyholders in all areas of insurance law, both in litigation and in an advisory role. She also conducts in-house training for insurers.

Alongside insurance law, Dr. Hannemann has expertise in litigation and contract drafting in all areas of business law.

Since 2017 she has chaired the Second Senate of the Higher Lawyers' Court (Anwaltsgerichtshof) of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
