Employment Law
Protection against dismissal, termination agreements, works constitution and collective bargaining issues - for employers, employees and executives.
What we do
We advise and represent businesses and employees throughout Germany, in and out of court, in all matters of individual and collective employment law.
In individual employment law, we draft and negotiate employment contracts and termination agreements for our clients and represent them in court proceedings. We advise our clients on everything from A to Z, from formal warnings to employment references.
Advising and representing management board members, managing directors and senior executives on the establishment and termination of their employment relationships is another focus of our work.
In collective employment law, we advise businesses on planning and implementing restructuring and workforce adjustment measures and on disputes concerning the works council's co-determination rights.
We run practical employment law training for businesses and their executives.
